From my point of view that photo looked romantic but also assault at the same time.
if you look at it with one perspective it looks like a sailor is just kissing his girlfriend or wife, but if you look at it at another perspective it looks like he is manhandling her.
the picture looks like it was taken during the 50s or 60s and from my knowledge a lot of those sailor men were very touchy and inappropriate.
i think to fully make an opinion you would have to know a backstory or context, but its very vague to me. it could be both
